On November 25 we hosted the 10th edition of the Annual EELA-ERA Labour Law seminar in Brussels. The topics discussed were:
- Algorithm management and the proposed Platform Work Directive
- ESG – Environmental, social, and governance: The European Commission proposal for a Directive on corporate sustainability due diligence
- Recent CJEU case law on labour law matters
- The recently adopted Directive on fair minimum wages in the EU
