Cara Preedy

Kara Preedy is a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig Germany and Co-Chair of the European Labor and Employment Practice. She founded the GT Labor Lab which combines traditional labor and employment law and strategic advice to HR departments with fully integrated support in M&A transactions and complex restructurings. Kara has more than 20 years of experience and is ranked as one of Germany’s leading employment lawyers in various rankings, including Chambers, Legal500 and Juve. She regularly gives lectures in Germany and abroad on issues of German and European labor law and is a lecturer and advisory board member in the MBA program at Quadriga University Berlin.
