I joined Holcim in 2006, as Head of HR Spain, then worked as Hear of HR Europe, CEO Spain, Head of Group Labour Relations and since 2018, CHRO. 

I also had an academic dedication in the pàst as university professor of Legal and Professional Ethics, and Human Resources.
