Petra Sochorová

Petra Sochorová is a Counsel at HAVEL & PARTNERS. She specializes primarily in employment law, diversity, compliance and internal investigations.

In her employment law practice, Petra focuses on drafting contractual documentation for top managers or executive body members, employees transfers, negotiation and communication with key employees and trade unions. She also has extensive experience advising on the full range of day-to-day corporate matters, such as discrimination, diversity, disciplinary procedures, dismissals, including settlement negotiations and avoiding disputes with employees.

In the field of compliance and internal investigations, Petra has extensive experience advising in comprehensive investigations, including investigating employee complaints and conduct, whistleblowing, advising on notification duties arising from such investigations, and providing support in further proceedings and internal procedures.
