Almudena Batista

 Almudena Batista Jiménez is an expert in labor law proceedings, due diligence, senior management, expatriation, hiring processes, contract terminations, collective dismissals, temporary redundancy plans and substantial modification of working conditions, pension schemes, diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention and social security. She also advises Spanish and international companies from different sectors on an ongoing basis. She is a member of the Social Sustainability teamwork at Cuatrecasas, so she has expertise in ESG at the workplace. Since 2015, she has been coordinating the Labor Relations Forum organized by Cuatrecasas International Institute in collaboration with ESADE Business & Law School and Universidad Pontificia Comillas-ICADE. She lectures at Universidad Pontificia Comillas-ICADE. She has had several articles published.. ​
