Soo-Ja Schijf

 Soo-Ja is a Partner of the Labour & Employment team of Kennedy Van der Laan in Amsterdam. Soo-Ja has broad experience in acting on behalf of international companies on a wide range of employment topics. She has a key focus on the technology sector and she represents several Silicon Valley-based companies. She experiences an increased interest in the topic of “ESG in the workplace”, not only when advising her own clients about this topic, but also in the relation between law firms and clients. ​
