The media is licensed for EELA’s use for an indefinite period, globally and across all mediums and platforms for the brand, marketing, awards and talent acquisition activities.

Rights to use media is conditional and is agreed to only use the media for the EELA brand.

The media may not be used in or alongside the promotion of hate, illegal activities, right-wing or far-right-wing activities or detrimental to vulnerable groups of society.

The media may not be used in a way that is detrimental to the author or his crew.

The media may not be used in The Daily Mail, The Mail on Sunday and any other far-right publications.

A breach of any of these conditions will result in the immediate revocation of usage rights without compensation.
