It has been a great pleasure and a true honor to host the EELA 2023 Conference and EELA’s 25th anniversary in Bucharest, welcoming a record-breaking number of over 500 European employment lawyers in Romania!

This impressive number of participants has been a testament to the remarkable journey and growth of EELA over the past 25 years. We are grateful to you all for your contribution to the success of this conference.
