On 14 November 2025, we hosted the Annual EELA/ERA (ERA Academy of European Law) Labour Law Seminar in Brussels.
This year’s programme offered participants a comprehensive update on the most relevant and current developments in European labour law, such as:
- Recent and upcoming EU initiatives
- Recent CJEU case law in labour law matters
- Dealing with transnational company restructurings and the role of European Works Councils
- International labour law standards
